Don't write incriminating messages in your email.

·      Don't write incriminating messages or be smug in your email.  The Sharks are looking for you.

When you get hacked someone may leak it to the local paper or the New York Times or on your own website!  Write every email like it could end up in court and on the front page of the newspaper. At the very least do be mean or gloat.  People in your orginzation can also leak your email.

When you get sued you will be asked for all your emails on the topic.
Don't believe me? Ask someone at General Motors.
